RETURNS POLICY

Should you wish to return an order, please contact customerservices@urbanbratz.co.uk as soon as possible. Your purchase should be returned, along with proof of purchase, within 5 days, in its original condition stating the reason for return. A full refund will be given excluding postage costs. We recommend that you return your item via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by Urban Bratz.

We hope to ensure that all products are available however on the rare occasion that this may not be the case, we will contact you with alternatives of the same or higher quality/value as described on this website, or to cancel the order. All products remain the property of Urban Bratz until payment has been received in full.
